Owen Cahill Bement

Owen is proud to be a third-generation attorney practicing employment law before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Owen is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused on public interest law and served as the Senior Submissions Editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. As a strong proponent of expanding access to justice for people of limited means, Owen engages in public service including serving on the Board of Directors of the Homeless Persons Representation Project, a Maryland nonprofit providing legal services to the homeless. Owen was honored to be selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2024. For fun, Owen enjoys lifting weights and cooking.
